Payment Options
We accept payment in store via Visa, MasterCard, and cash.
Online payments are accepted via Paypal or bank transfer.
Amex and cheques are not accepted.
For security reasons, payment cannot be made over the phone for instore collection.
Shipping
UK non-mainland and overseas shipping available by arrangement via the store
Returns
As per your statutory legal rights:-
Instore:
Can be returned. Goods that are faulty or not fit for their purpose, assuming they were bought as in perfectly new condition.
Cannot be returned: Goods bought in store and you change your mind re the sale.
Online:
You can return the goods if you change your mind within 14 days assuming goods were not a special order product.
Unless goods are faulty customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
Skate Sharpening Service
First sharpening on skates bought from us is free.
Second sharpening is free on hockey skates bought in store only.
Sharpening costs £15 for existing customers, £20 if skates bought elsewhere.
