Alex helped me by choosing the right roller skates by giving me different sizes and models, which had helped me to understand what I wanted, specially for the comfort of my feet! Sorted out with a really nice pair for a very reasonable price by two staff members whose names I didn't get, but who were patient, helpful and enthusiastic and made me feel very welcome - no question was too stupid!
