They gave me a lot of tips and advice, and when I left the shop I knew I had definitely purchased the best ones for me. Sorted out with a really nice pair for a very reasonable price by two staff members whose names I didn't get, but who were patient, helpful and enthusiastic and made me feel very welcome - no question was too stupid!
