Sorted out with a really nice pair for a very reasonable price by two staff members whose names I didn't get, but who were patient, helpful and enthusiastic and made me feel very welcome - no question was too stupid! Really glad I picked this shop.

They even showed us how to properly tie the laces and tips for getting used to the new skates.
